Description
The works comprised of a full internal demolition and reconfiguration of the office / communal spaces including new structural steel works, ceilings & partitions, glazing, re-configuration and upgrade of services to suit the revised layout and use, operable wall, installation of joinery, new floor coverings and construction of new PWD and ambulant toilet facilities to comply with AS1428.1.
In addition, the above works this project included a substantial variation to upgrade the windows along the northern elevation. The project was successfully completed on time and under budget with a high standard of quality finish achieved.
